Booking Terms and conditions:

Matobo hills Lodge rates are fully inclusive of accommodation, meals, teas and coffees, biscuits, fruits and Wi-Fi.

Rates excludes national parks and museum fees.

Rates are inclusive of 15% VAT

Booking conditions:

Please note:
• Guests will be required to sign an indemnity form at arrival at the lodge
• Children over 12 are considered adults. Children from 5-12 pay 50% of the adult rate.
• Children under 5 are free
• Double rooms and twin rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.
• Family rooms can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.
• All bookings must be confirmed in writing.
• A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation.
• Full prepayment is required before guests arrive

Cancellation policy:
• More than 60 days prior to arrival 10% of the full accommodation charge
• More than 30 days prior to arrival 25% of the full accommodation charge
• Less than 30days prior to arrival 50% of the accommodation charge
• Less than 14 days prior to arrival a 100% of the full accommodation charge.

Group terms and conditions:
• Any reservation for 8 or more people is considered a group
• A 10% deposit it payable on confirmation of the reservation.
• 2 further deposit of 25% each are payable 150 days and 90 days respectively prior to arrival, and the full balance is required no less than 30 days before arrival.
• Activities have to be booked in advance for groups.

Group cancellation Policy:
• More than 150 days prior to arrival 10% of the full charge.
• More than 90 days prior to arrival 25% of the full charge.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival 50% of the full charge
• Less than 45 days prior to arrival 100% of the full charge
