“This a a small and cosy place with amazing views. internet doesn’t work in the rooms which kinda makes sense if you trying to get away from the rest of the world. i enjoyed the game drive and the canoe ride. my best part of the trip was the wine and the grape juice which is grown on location.”

“The staff are very friendly & try to be as helpful as possible. We requested to have our dinner on the veranda overlooking a beautiful valley. We were served very generous helpings of delicious food both for dinner & breakfast. Being older we didn’t indulge in any of the sporting activities. The lodge & surroundings are very homely & every care has been taken to incorporate the natural bush. We throughly enjoyed using the open outside shower room. There is a fantastic array of wild birds.”

The service was excellent and the food was tasty and definitely plentiful! Outside showers are a great feature. Enjoyed the game drive and hearing the anecdotes about the animals from Jonathan. Special mention also to Nelia at the Vineyard..she is very knowledgeable about her art and we really enjoyed our tour.”
