Rates for:

  • All Inclusive Option
  • Part Catered Option

All Inclusive Option:

Adults: US$650 PPPN

Includes: NP fees. Excludes: Conservation fee: US$20 PPPN and Camping fee: US34 PPPN) 

Private Guide – $250 per day (Op1onal)

All rates are quoted in USD per person per night

Rates include:

  •  All accommodation
  • All meals as served
  • All drinks – alcoholic and soft drinks, teas and coffee
  • All Activities – Game drives, walking and fishing (please bring own tackle)
  • National Parks Fees
  • Transfers to and from Mana airstrip
  • Medical Cover – Emergency air evacuation to Harare – however all guests are encouraged to source their own travel insurance before arrival
  • 2% Tourism levy
  • 15% Vat where applicable

 Rates exclude:

  •  Laundry
  • Flights
  • Gratuities and curios
  • Canoeing is an extra charge of $50.00/person/day minimum 4 pax

Part Catered Option:

  • Site Fee of $720 per night (divided between number of guests)
  • Plus: National Parks Fees per person per night

Additional information:

  •  Max 12 guests per safari
  • Air charters can be arranged on request
  • Copies of passports are required on confirma1on
  • Children between 5 – 12 years – 50% of charge (Under 5yrs free of charge)
  • Children should be under supervision of their parent/guardian at all times
  • No single supplement applicable
  • National Parks Fees are subject to change

Self Catered Option:

Camp fee $500 per night

Plus: National Parks Fees per person per night

Part Catering – $60 per day (Optional)

Private Guide – $250 per day (Optional)

Vehicle – $60 per day (Optional)

  •  Self Catered Camp – 5 Tents sleeping 10 guests
  • Linen and towels
  • Kitchen equipment – cutlery and crockery for 10 people
  • Chairs and dining room table
  • Showers
  • Flush toilet
  • 1 x Mwinilunga staff member to help with washing up and camp maintenance
  • 2% Tourism levy
  • 15% Vat where applicable

Rates exclude:

  •  Food & drinks
  • Ice
  • Cooler boxes and refrigeration equipment
  • National Parks Fees

 Deposits / payments – for all packages:

  •  A 25% deposit is required in order to secure a booking within 7 days of invoice
  • Dates cannot be held without a deposit.
  • Full payment for accommodation is required 8 weeks prior to the start of your safari.

 Cancellation policy- for all packages:

 Once your booking has been confirmed and deposit has been paid, the following cancella1on policy is applicable:

120 days plus: 10% admin fee will be charged

60 – 120 days: 50% cancella1on fee will be charged

0 – 60 days: 100% cancellation fee will be charged

Please note that should you fail to join your booking, or join it after the booked departure date, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be made.
